Simply Okanagan

This is a collection of photos of the Okanagan from as far North as Malakwa to the wine country of Osoyoos, from Fintry on the Westside to Mabel Lake in the East. Photography is a 4 seasons hobby and as such, photos are taken on the hottest summer days as well as the coldest days of winter where the scenery can be equally breathtaking, just dress for it!

Miss-Understood...if you live in the Okanagan, chances are you have seen one of these "black widows". Aside from their ominous looks, they are equally afraid of us as we are of them. As they do perform a duty to keep the insect population down, I leave them alone or relocate them if needed..taken in my backyard in Vernon
